Zumba Fitness ® causes people to want to work out, maybe to even LOVE working out, it can actually cause you to get hooked on…yep…something that is good for both your physical and your mental health!
The traditional Latin music & rhythms like the meringue, salsa, cha-cha and samba help provide an exhilarating hour of calorie burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, energizing dance movements that make class an absolute blast!
Everyone who steps into my class becomes a friend, I enjoy helping everyone reach their fitness goals. I provide the music and the moves, and maybe a little humor, but it’s the participants who add the energy, fun and laughter to make each Zumba® class feel like a party and leaving everyone wanting to come back for more!
Besides teaching ZUMBA FITNESS® I'm also a wife and mother of three grown boys.,..add my profession in nursing and you get someone who is always busy on their feet! I used to think I got enough "exercise" in my day to day life but that was just an excuse, I knew all along it wasn't the kind of exercise that would help keep me fit & healthy. I knew I needed cardio exercise the only problem was I didn't like to exercise.

I'm teaching in a private setting currently but I do hope you try Zumba Fitness ® soon....
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW!
Wear comfortable, light exercise cloths.
~Gym or dance shoes allowing you to pivot your feet are recommended.
~You will want to bring a water bottle to class.
~Zumba fitness gives you the opportunity to move at your own pace and is perfect for every fitness level!
~ No dance experience required.
~ Exercise can be totally fun and sassy!
~ Past aerobic or group exercise not necessary!
